What we collect
and why.
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number and the nature of your request — so we can respond and make the arrangements you ask for.
Enquiries are submitted through a form provided by HubSpot, which stores the information on our behalf. We may share relevant details with a venue only where needed to arrange your booking.
We do not sell your information. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing aryan@thempr.co.uk.
